DF says…

Same old feel/analysis as the original [ P4: Animation ]  although the addition of the P4G-only character [ Marie ] was a bit awkward. Maybe it’s because I never played P4G but Marie felt forced and out of place in regards to the show. The producers/writers tried to incorporate her and sometimes it worked but more often than not, it failed quite badly. As for the show itself, I think the first animation was a bit more fleshed out in giving you the whole P4 atmosphere whereas this time around– the first half of the show was a bit of a drag and things were unnaturally squeezed in here and there towards the second half of the show. Still, Persona fans get some decent eye candy to enjoy.
